Legal terms for Traceflow Archive
Last updated: December 25, 2025
1. Scope
These terms apply to Traceflow Archive, a service that provides corporate customers and their authorized employees and contractors with access to closed AI datasets and files.
2. Authorized users
Access is limited to users approved by a customer organization. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Customers are responsible for ensuring authorized users comply with these terms.
3. Customer data and ownership
Customers retain all rights to their archived datasets, files, and metadata. Traceflow processes customer data solely to provide the service and does not use customer data to train models outside the customer engagement without written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not access data outside of approved permissions.
- Do not export, redistribute, or publish archived data.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or audit logs.
- Do not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
5. Security and audit
All access to archived data is logged. Traceflow may monitor and suspend access to protect the archive, comply with legal obligations, or respond to security incidents.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Traceflow may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily limit access.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or customer policy. Upon termination, access credentials are revoked and data handling follows the customer agreement.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traceflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
