Scope

This policy applies to Traceflow Archive, a service used exclusively by corporate customers and their authorized employees and contractors to access closed AI datasets and files.

What cookies we use

Traceflow uses a minimal set of cookies required to keep sessions secure and to protect the archive from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Session cookies: authenticate users and keep access sessions secure.
• Security cookies: prevent fraud, enforce MFA, and protect against abuse.
• Preference cookies: remember UI settings such as language or time zone.

Cookie retention

Session cookies expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. Preference cookies may persist for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent access to the archive or disable core security features.
